2-3. Front Squats (same weight as clean)
4. Strict HSPU / Strict Press
5. 7/10 Kcal ECHO
6. Rest

RX: 155/225# +/-
Intermediate: 110/185#
Beginner: 95/135+/-

Today’s workout should be a “heavier” workout with your squat clean good for a single with the ability to perform two more front squats under fatigue. Strict presses can be DB or KB or Pike Push-Ups. Your ECHO bike should be a hard effort (85-90% effort) so your rest will be 1 minute + including your 1 min round of rest.
