Today’s workout is all about the conditioning, Larger classes will be split starting on either A or B. Starting at 0:00 perform your push ups or kettlebell swings then jump on your machine to crush as many calories as possible. Pace yourself to keep moving consistently and make sure your transitions are quick to give you as much time on your machines as possible.
Kettlebell swings are to shoulder height and pushups should be measurable and repeatable.
