Skill Work (from the rack)
E2:30 – 7
2 Push Press into 3 Jerks

Part A. is s skill segment where we’ll get to build some weight and work on two S2OH movements, the push press and the Jerk. Take your time and move well. If it feels good and you’re moving well, add some weight.
*Make sure as you descend to drive your knees out slightly and balance your weight between your mid foot and heel on the dip rolling up to the ball of the foot on the drive.

B.
AMRAP – 13
“Dumbbox”
10 DB Squat Cleans (5/side)
10 Box Jump Overs
10 Box Step Overs

Single DB
RX: 35/50#
Intermediate: 30/40#
Beginner: 25/35#

Part B. is going to be taxing on the legs and require only one DB and a box hence the name “Dumbbox”. Pay attention to that box height after your squat cleans and perform step overs of needed. Hold your DB as desired for your step overs as long as you’re not resting it on your legs.
