Min 4. 10 DB Hang Squat Cleans (single DB 5/side)

Intermediate: 30/40#
Beginner: 25/35# +/-

Today’s EMOM doesn’t require much equipment but it will require some heart and lungs. Pick weights and movements you’ll be able to move quickly and consistently with and get AT LEAST 20 seconds of rest each round (except for your ski :).
