5 Burpee C2B / Burpee Pull ups / Burpees to a target

With a partner, one person will complete one full round of their Burpee pull-ups or variation, eight or 10 cals on the ski erg and 15 overhead kettlebell swings, barring any limitation. Push the pace when you’re working sit down and relax when you’re not count your total rounds together as a team for a final score.
B.
4 Min Interval of 10/20 for Max Kcal ECHO (8 rounds)
There’s no partner to save you in part B. It’s just you and the echo bike. Your coach will set the rogue timer for eight rounds of 10 seconds work and 20 seconds rest. During your work. Bust out as many calories as you possibly can on the bike during your rest. There should be absolutely no movement on the bike other than your body moving up and down while trying to take in air… Your final score is the maximum number of calories achieved during your combined work period.
