A. 0:30 work / 0:30 rest x 20 mins (5 rounds)
1: dbl KB seated strict press
2: single arm KB/DB row, right
3: single arm KB/DB row, left
B. For time:

KB snatch @35/50#
pullups
*100 DU after every round (150 singles)
Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A is an upper body focused strength piece. You don’t want to go super heavy because you need to move for 30 seconds straight. You will likely need a variety of weights and that’s fine- share if you need.
Part B you just need one KB. Snatches are total reps, and you can switch arms however you like at any point. Pullups can be subbed for ring rows if needed. You want to be able to get through the 30 reps in about 4-5 sets of less, ideally. After every round, you perform 100 DU’s or 150 single skips.
