This is week two of our squat cycle, and today you will have time to build to a heavy three front squats from the rack and five challenging strict kettlebell press in a four minute window. You should be getting a minimum of two minutes rest if you’re quick and efficient with your transitions. Find a way that’s heavier than what you used for your set of five last Monday.
Part B is a 13 minute AMRAP that you should aim to keep moving on. Pick weights that’ll keep you moving consistently and save a little something for the end.
