Perform the above complex without dropping the bar. If you don’t have an ideal front rack position, use kettlebells.

Today’s workout is a keep movin’ workout. Pick a weight you can go unbroken with on your squats, move quickly on the burpees and pace the bike. Don’t worry. It’ll be over before you know it 🙂
