Today’s workout is a longer conditioning workout. In a 30 minute window perform as many rounds and reps of toes to bar, thrusters, pull ups and calories on the echo as possible. If you break on any of the first three movements, perform four shuttle runs (four lengths of the gym from the back wall to the garage door). Once you’ve completed your four shuttle runs, pick up where you left off and get back to work.
