Workout Notes/Intentions: Focus on the tempo for the movements in Part A. You can set up the landmine press with a barbell and a heavy plate. Do them from the half kneeling position. Rest as needed between movements.

Part B is a 1:1 work to rest ratio, so you should be pushing hard during your working time. Try to get through the C&J’s unbroken, move smooth on the cals and then finish with the box jump overs. Score each round is total box jump overs.
