For part A. today we are building on our squat series. Find a heavy three front squats for the day or use percentages based off of your previous months squats. Share some benches with some buddies and get an eight dumbbell chest press within that four minute window as well.
Part B is a 10 minute AMRAP of thrusters in the ring dips. Use a barbell, dumbbells or kettlebells, for your thrusters and dips can be performed on rings or boxes or benches.
