Loaded carry…

*All sets should begin where the turf meets the rubber flooring. After each round athletes will perform a loaded carry to the stairs, up the stairs, figure eight through the punching bags then back down for the second round.

Make sure to choose a weight that you can hold onto for a full round including the loaded carry. Athletes may put down the bells after the loaded carry at the end of each round.
