Double Under Skill Work

:20 Work :40 Rest
Perform 20 seconds of DU work and attempts followed by 40 seconds rest. Count successful reps even if they’re broken up for a grand total each round. Your goal is to get at least one more than the previous round. If you’re already good at double unders, try to make them quicker and keep your jumps lower to the goround.

This is practice work so try to sit and take that 40 seconds of rest rather than attempting 8 minutes of DU work.

10 Ring Dips
