Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A is a lower body strength circuit. Use single or double KB/DL’s if you have. A barbell could be used for the movements as well. Cycle through the movements consistently, resting as needed.

For part B, if you’ve got 2 KB’s use those. Dumbbells from the hang can be used as well. A lighter barbell from hang could be subbed as well. If you only have 1 KB or DB, do single arm. Cals can be subbed for skipping (150-100-50), running, stairs or burpees. It should be a hard effort. The reps of 9 should be unbroken and a sprint.
