Today will be spending some time on some handstand, push-up progression’s and variations in part A. the goal for part a is practice work. On a 75 second clock perform 1 to 3 handstand push-ups or variation of. You should be keeping a relatively low heart rate for this and challenge yourself appropriately.
In part B, you may use some of what you did in part A as part of the workout or you might use something a little different. Practice work on a skill will not always translate over to the workout portion depending on where you are with that skill. It may need a little more time to develop a little bit more strength and technique before using it in a more intense portion of the work out.
