Workout Notes/Intentions: today’s AMRAP is a longer one- you’ll want to pace yourself to start out. Steady on the machine, smooth consistent box jumps, pullups in 1-2 sets, and just move through the devils press. You should be able to do one round in under 4 minutes, which would result in around 6 rounds. Sub step ups for box jumps if needed, and any variation of a row for pullups. Skipping, running, stairs or burpees could replace the machine. 20/15 cals will be around 45 seconds to a minute, so base off that.
