In Teams of two with one person working at a time, perform 10 strict press and your kcal on the rower before your partner takes over. Choose weights you can go unbroken with for your ten reps under fatigue. BB’s, Kettlebells or DB’s may be used instead of a barbell
Recommended weights. These are recommendations for weights but since it’s a strict movement for the press, adjust accordingly.
