E90 – 6 (9 minutes)

3 TNG Deadlifts

On a 90 second clock, perform 3 TNG deadlifts. If possible, partner up and limit bars and plates being pulled out. 90 seconds isn’t a lot of time so the goal is to build to a weight heavier than what you’ll be using in part B of the workout.

In todays workout, pick weights you’ll be able to go unbroken on for your Dbl. Snatches and Deadlifts and use your Kcal and burpees to pace your sets. The faster you go on the bike and burpees the higher your level of fatigue when you get to the bells or bar. Pick up where you left off in your break and count your rounds as a grand total for all three working sets of each couplet.
