30 Kettlebell Clusters
30 Ring Rows
30 Alternating Front Rack Back Lunges
30 DB Floor Press*
30 Kcal Ski

RX: 30/40# KB’s
Intermediate: 25/35# KB’s
Beginner: 20/30# KB’s
Floor press = athletes choice 🙂

*Total of 30 floor press with one partner holding hollow position with DB’s locked out while other partner is pressing. Choose your weight 🙂

Todays workout is a partner, you go, I go style workout with only one person working at a time. Weights and movements don’t need to be exact but should be quick transitions and consistent work.
