GYM NEWS: Hey everyone, we’ve got Zoom classes up on the schedule for 9:30am and 5:30pm Monday – Friday and Saturday’s at 10am starting this Wednesday the 12th of May.

We will be doing some outdoor small group training in groups of up to four participants (plus one coach) to follow guidelines set forth by our province.

These small group training sessions would be booked by appointment with a consistent coach on set days and times each week. Please check your email this evening to see Coaches availability and options for training times and let us know if you want in! One on one outdoor PT sessions are still available as well.

10 Rounds For Time
Run 200m (or an out and back for a total of 60-90 seconds) Bike or row 250m
10 Thrusters @ 65/95#
6 Bar Over Burpees
Rest 1 Minute

This workout is meant to be FAST!!! If you can’t run use a bike or rower etc. The “Run” effort should take 60-90 seconds and the transition to the thrusters should be quick. Choose a weight that you can do 10 reps unbroken with. If you only have one DB or KB perform five thrusters on one side then five on the other. Your bar over or bell over burpees should be started as soon as your weights hit the ground. Make sure to have a running clock and pay attention to your one minute rest. Don’t go full tilt right out of the gates. Your first round should be your slowest with the goal of getting faster each round. Have fun!
