Today’s workout can be performed with a Barbell, dumbbells or kettlebells. Athletes should be moving well with each movement and be getting 30ish seconds of rest each round. If you need to modify the weight or reps MODIFY THE WEIGHT FIRST! Make sure you have a box, lawn chair or bean bag to sit on. You’re gonna need it!
