“Gorilla” @ 30/40# DB’s or KB’s
20 Gorilla Rows
15 Hollow Chest Press
10 Alt. Front Rack Front Lunges
5 Strict Thrusters

Todays workout can be done with DB’s or Kettlebells in the form of a grinder type workout. This isn’t one you’ll race through. Movements should be strict and solid. Don’t underestimate it, you’re still gonna break a great sweat and feel as jacked as a Silverback “Gorilla” once you’re done.
