Build to and through seven rounds of Touch & Go (TNG) Clean & Jerk. If Barbell positioning in the front rack position isn’t optimal, perform with Kettlebells or DB’s.

“Weak Knees”
8 Front Squats
10 C&J
12 Box Jump Overs

RX: 65/95#
Intermediate: 55/75#
Beginner: 45/55# +/-

Five rounds of bar slinging and box jumps. Front squats should be done in 1 sets, clean & jerks in 1-2 sets and box jump overs should be consistent. Stay strong and try to avoid those “weak knees”
