AMRAP – 30
50 Alternating DB Snatches
40 Alternating hand to knee taps (1.5 seconds per rep from a plan position)
30 Sit-Ups
20 Dips (box, bench, rings)
10 renegade rows (with push up)*

*If you only have one DB perform a push up + a row. Five on one side then five on the other.

Hit this as a partner synchro workout or as a soloist. You can get away with doing this workout with one DB or kettlebell.
