Workout Notes/Intentions: You will use a running clock for this workout, and move at your own pace. There is a fair bit of running, so pace yourself on the runs so that you can come back into the gym and get to your bar right away. The last runs of your 3 rounds can be a harder effort since rest follows. Thrusters and hang C&J should be doable in about 2 sets. If you need to break the pullups and t2b into a few smaller sets, that’s okay. 3 minutes of rest comes after the 3 rounds, not after every round!
