1 Bear Complex

Bear Complex = Squat clean – thruster – back squat – thruster behind the neck 

For those that can’t go overhead, Modified Bear Complex = 1 Squat clean + 1 hang squat clean + 2 front squats

B.
“Death By Grizzly”
E2M until failure…
Starting with two unbroken Bear Complex, add on bear complex each round

RX: 95/135#
Int: 85/115#
Beg: 65/95#~

Today is a little skill and flow work with the barbell. Use part A. to gain flow with the movement and become one with the barbell. Use this time to add some weight if the movement feels good OR keep it light and smooth all class.

Part B. is a little “test” with the bear complex. The heavier you go, the slower you’ll move and the quicker you’ll hit that time cap and end your battle with the Grizzly. If you go a little lighter, you’ll move quicker and get in more rounds. Its your call but it’s still going to end with the Grizzly winning 🙂
