3 Back Squats and 5 Chin Ups
On a three minute clock, perform three heavy back squats for the day and 5 chin ups.
5 RFT (Cap 15)
50 Double Unders or single unders
15 Wall Balls
Not a technical workout but one that’ll make you work Simple is effective and fun 🙂 You should be going unbroken on your wall balls and pace the burpees to get back on your rope as soon as you’re done. This is a gas pedal workout so push the pace!
