2: gorilla rows
3: ring dips
4: weighted plank

B. 5 RFT

Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A will be in a 30 second work, 30 second rest format. You want to choose weights and variations that allow you to work for the full 30 seconds. The last 10 seconds or so should be challenging and your pace will likely slow down a bit.

For Part B, the goal is unbroken on everything. Move smooth and consistent and use transitions as rest. Pace the first few round and then you can push your pace on the last round.
