Build to a heavy three front squats and continue trying to build throughout your sets if possible.

Choose methods you can perform your round of 21 in 2-3 sets with the pull ups and the barbell and in 1-2 sets for the round of 15 and straight through on the round of 9. Pace the first and second bike so you can get back to work on the pull ups as soon as you get off and go FULL SEND on the round of nine! Have fun.
