Workout Notes/Intentions: there will be a total of 6 AMRAP’s, each 4 minutes in length. You will go through twice.  There is a buy-in every AMRAP, then you spend the remaining accumulating reps of the indicated movements. Score is total reps in the 4 min window. You should get about 2-2:30 each round, depending on the machine and the athlete.
