Today’s workout isn’t too bad on the weights but it will still be taxing on the legs. The front squats followed by the burpees should be at a consistent pace so you can take off on the run right after the burpees are completed. The first 20-30 seconds on the run should be just to get the legs turning over followed by an increase in speed for the middle section of the run. The last 15-20 seconds of you run slow it down a bit so you can get right back to work on the bar.
