If youre doing the CrossFit option go barbell and use your first starting set when you hit 80% of 1RM
Fitness Option go dumbell or kettlebell but make sure the handles go below your chin for every rep.
Yes I know ther’s no cardio in todays workout. The goal is to go as heavy as possible for your doubles and rest as needed. Don’t worry, we will be making up for it Wednesday 😉
