15 T2B
10 DB Squat Cleans (5&5)
5 Over the DB Push-Ups

AMRAP A. Use the ECHO bike for cals, and any variation of pull ups you can to complete your 15 reps in maximum 2-3 sets. Alternate your DB snatches and stand your DB upright to jump over for your burpees.

AMRAP B. Ski for your cals, perform toes to bar, hanging leg raises, wall ball sit ups for your T2B variation. Use your single DB for 5 DB squat cleans / side and perform a plyo style push up over the db for five reps alternating each hand on the DB with each rep.

Both of these AMRAP’s are “longer” so pace yourself to keep moving yourself and the weights 🙂
