Part A is a strength segment focusing on upper back pulling strength and stability. This is meant to go slow and steady. Go heavy with the bat wings and show off those rhomboids at the beach 🙂

Part B is a decreasing rep scheme of DB Burpees and Toes to bar with a set of 25 double unders in between. This workout is in and around the 15 minute mark. Pick movements that you can stay consistent with throughout the workout.
