Today’s workout is a technical strength complex followed by a quick partner workout. Build to a solid and mechanically sound complex weight in part A. and drop down for a challenging working weight in part B. You should be able to do FIVE unbroken touch and go clean & jerks with the weight you’ve chosen for part B. Break up the C&J as you wish with your partner along with the calories on the bike.
