Workout Notes/Intentions: Todays WOD is a long conditioning piece. The hang power cleans should be doable in about 2 sets. The wallballs should also be doable in 2 sets. Pace the box jumps and the cals-just keep moving. You get 2 minutes of rest after each round, so keep the intensity fairly high. Your cals should be a pretty hard effort since they are followed by rest.
