A. E 1:30 x 10 sets

15 hang power cleans
12 front squats
9 S2OH
60 DU/90 singles

Workout Notes/Intentions: For part A, you have a barbell complex. The goal is to build to a fairly challenging weight before starting your sets. You can also build throughout your sets as well. You shouldn’t drop the bar between the cleans. Sit on a box or bench to rest between sets.

For Part B, make sure you’re using a weight that is fairly light- you should be able to do each of the barbell movements in 1-2 sets. The cleans you may want to break up into 2 sets depending how you’re feeling. S2OH should be doable in 1 set. If you complete your rounds sub 3 minutes, you’ll be able to finish this in the time cap. Many people will be well under the time cap.
