5 Deadlift + 5 Strict Pull Ups + 5 Strict HSPU or Strict Press

In a four minute window perform the above three movements. Your “work” period should be shorter than your rest period for this. Don’t rush from one movement to the next. Make your reps challenging and move well!

B.
“Ham Slam”
21-15-9
BB Deadlift
C2B Pull Ups
Gate Run x 2

RX: 155/225#
Intermediate: 125/185#
Beginner: 95/135# +/-

Pick a weight you can complete 21 reps unbroken with or in two sets. Your round of 15 should be 1-2 sets and round of 9 should be unbroken. After each round complete two gate runs with turn around points being at the gate and around the cone in between both garage doors. (X marks the spot coaches)
