Part A is a little strength work on a 90 second clock. Find challenging weights and share a bench / barbell to limit equipment out. There should be some good rest and transition time between exercises
Part B is a chipper. Push the pace in the descending rep scheme above and enjoy the “Runway” as it gets shorter
