Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s WOD is a long one! It begins with 25 thrusters. Since you get 2 minutes of rest right after, try to push yourself just a bit on this first set. Aim to get those thrusters done in 1-3 quick sets. Choose a weight that makes this doable. Then you will rest 2 minutes and get back to 25 thrusters at the same weight, followed by 50 box jumps. In the next set, you are adding KB swings which should be overhead if you have an appropriate space/weight to do so. Finally, you repeat the movements with the addition of 100 burpess at the end. It is a big set, so pace yourself and try to keep moving. A few strategies you may want to implement on the big set of burpees is moving up slightly/stepping forward after each set of 10, or switching directions each set of 10. This is something that can help you mentally but also keep you progressing towards your finish. Have fun!
