Workout Notes/Intentions: Todays workout is a 30 min ladder. If possible/available, you will be alternating between a machine and barbell. Calories begin at 3 and ascend by 3 each round. Between every row/bike/ski/etc. you will perform 1 round of “DT”. The rounds of DT do not change- it’s always 1 round. Only calories change. If you don’t have a barbell, you can use 2 dumbbells or KB’s. The round of DT does not need to be unbroken; you can break up the 3 movements if needed.
