A. E 3:00 x 6 sets 
10 back squat jumps
12 back lunges
14 KBS

B. 12 min AMRAP
12 KB snatch
12 goblet squats
12 pushups

Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A is a strength piece, that will all be done in your box. Same barbell will be used for back squat jumps and lunges; you should go directly into them.

The 12 min AMRAP will be done with one KB. Snatches are 6 per side. Break up pushups however you need.
