Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s workout is intended to be done with a barbell. The goal is to be able to do the power cleans into the thrusters unbroken for most of the workout. You will work for 3 minutes, rest for 2, repeating for a total of 6 sets. Pick up where you leave off each round. Score is total rounds and reps after all 6 sets.
