Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s workout is a long one! It is essentially 3 x 12 mins of work, with 3 minutes of rest between. The first and third 12 mins will be the benchmark WOD “Jackie”, followed by max rep burpees in whatever time you have left. You buy-in with “Jackie” and finish with burpees until the 12 minutes is up. Barbell weight for Jackie is intentionally light (empty bar) so that you can get those reps done in bigger sets. Choose a pullup variation that you could do about 10 reps in a row to start. As soon as you finish your pullups, get moving on burpees. Your score is total number of burpees. For the second portion, you will do 50 box jumps, 100 wallballs, 50 box jumps, and then max rep KB swings until the 12 minute window is up. Score is number of KBS. The only difference between part 1 and 3 is that you should use a different machine if possible. Arrange who you will share with ahead of the workout, and sanitize during your rest period.
