A. EMOM x 15 min (5 rounds)
1: 10-12 pistols
2: 1 TGU (right)
3: 1 TGU (left)

B. 12 min max rep cals*

7 pushups + 14 air squats

Workout Notes/Intentions: Before Part A, you will spend time practicing your pistols/variations and determining how you will perform them for the EMOM. You will also spend time reviewing and building for Turkish Get Ups (TGU’s). You will perform 5 rounds total. The goal is to build to a challenging weight for the TGU.

For Part B essentially you are completing 12 minutes on your machine, but you get off every 1:30 to do pushups and squats. The workout starts with 7 pushups and 14 air squats. Whatever time is left in the 90 second window, you will be accumulating cals. You want to be able to do pushups unbroken and squats fairly quickly as well. You should be getting about a minute on the machine each round. Workout finishes on the machine. That last round on your machine should be a sprint! Score = total cals in 12 mins.
