Part A. is a little strength work to be done at a slow controlled pace. We will be warming up all the movements together and finding weights and variations Each round should be around five minutes or less at working weight.

Part B. will be a quick workout that will keep you moving. There shouldn’t be too much rest in this little burner and athletes should be moving most of the time 🙂
