5 Deadlift
5 KB or DB Standing Strict Press
5 Strict Pull Ups

Part A is all strength work. Make sure to have at least 90 seconds rest each round with the weights and variations you choose.

100 DU’s or Single Skips
15 Air Squats
10 Push-Ups
5 Bar Muscle Ups / C2B Pull-Ups / Pull Ups / Ring Rows

Short and sweet for part B. Pick movements you can move quickly on and go unbroken if possible.
