Workout Notes: Part A is not for time. Choose a weight that you can do over 10 reps with unbroken. Every time you break and put down the bar, you will do 10 gorilla rows at a chosen weight.

Part B is a 12 minute AMRAP. Choose a weight for the snatches that you can go unbroken (6 reps on each arm). Move consistently and limit your rest.
