B. 4 RFT

12 front rack lunges
60 DU / 90 singles
12 front squats
RX: 65/95#
Int: 55/75#
Beg: 35/45#
Workout Notes: Part A will be 6 rounds on the 3 minutes. Back rack lunges will be 10 total (5per leg) alternating, from the rack. Use DB’s or KB’s for the split squats and single leg DL’s.
Part B is 4 rounds for time. Barbell weight is light- try to go unbroken on all your sets!
