1: 5 heavy bench press
2: 5/leg dbl KB front rack step ups
3: 5/arm single DB strict press
4: 10 dbl KB front squats
5: 1-3 wall walks

Workout Notes: We have a full body strength EMOM today. Challenge yourself with the weights you use. You should get about 20 seconds of rest per movement. If you are not getting enough rest, adjust the reps of weight. You will complete 6 rounds through.
